How long does shipping take?

Your personalized herb prescription quote will be sent to you within 2 hours after your consultation session with the TCM practitioner. After confirmation of payment, it normally takes our team hours to 24 to 48 hours to get it processed, formulate your prescription, packed up and ready to ship to you. Once an order is sent out, the shipping time varies by destination.

For domestic orders in the US & Canada, the average time for shipping is 5 to 12 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are issued case by case only within 14 days from date of purchase. Any order issue due to staff error, please contact customer service. Do not return/send any unauthorized shipments, it will be rejected and shipping carriers will handle rejected shipments at their own discretion. Any loss/damage of unauthorized returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
